Land clearing and tree companies: partner with Land Clearing Crew
Land Clearing Crew sends property owners who want lots cleared, brush mulched or trees removed to one company per county. This page covers where those requests come from, how county territories work and how to apply.
Operators we partner with
We are looking for companies that run forestry mulchers, skid steers, excavators and grinders: lot clearing for new homes, brush and undergrowth removal, stump grinding, right-of-way and fence-line clearing, and tree removal including storm-damaged and leaning trees. Tree services with certified arborists on staff are a strong fit for the tree-removal requests that come through the site.
Land Clearing Crew does not run equipment. It is an independent guide published by Cornelia Cove LLC. We help owners understand how acreage, density, slope, debris handling and permits shape a clearing price before they talk to a contractor.
How owners end up sending a request
People arrive while planning a build on raw land, buying acreage, reclaiming an overgrown pasture or dealing with a tree that came down in a storm. They use the clearing estimator, which prices the job by acre and lets them add stump grinding, haul-off or burning, grading and erosion control, and they read our state and county pages for permit and burn-rule context.
When an owner is ready for a site visit, they complete the request form: name, ZIP code, email, optional phone and a description of the land. The estimate range from their visit is attached. We do not collect requests any other way.
What you receive
A person reviews every request before it is forwarded. You get the owner's contact details and ZIP code, their description of the lot (acreage, what is growing on it, access, whether there is a build planned) and the estimate they produced. Storm or hazard requests that mention a tree on a structure or a blocked driveway are labeled so you can see them first.
Owners are told that their request may go to an independent local company. We never say we are the clearing company or that we will do the job.
County territories, exclusive and first come
A county is held by one company at a time. Land clearing and tree requests from ZIP codes inside that county go only to that company and are never resold. We use county lines because burn bans, tree ordinances and erosion permits are usually set at the county or municipal level.
Counties go to the first qualified company that completes onboarding for them. If your county is already held, you can join the waiting list or ask about a neighboring county that is still open. We match the number of counties to the equipment and crews you actually have.
Expectations
Carry the business registration, liability insurance and any arborist or contractor credentials your state and county require, and share proof when asked. Quote in writing and separate clearing, stump work, debris disposal and grading so the owner can compare against the estimator. Answer new requests promptly, respect property lines and protected trees, and let us know when a request is invalid so we can correct the source.
We also expect partners to follow local burn and erosion rules, even when it adds a line to the quote. An owner who gets a stop-work order because of a skipped permit is not a good outcome for anyone.
What operators usually want to know
Do the requests include small residential tree jobs as well as acreage? Yes. Some owners want a single dead oak removed, others want several wooded acres opened for a house pad, and the notes say which. Tell us the minimum job size you take and we will pass that along. Do you send requests that involve wetlands or protected trees? They appear occasionally; we expect you to flag any permit issue to the owner before work begins. Can a mulching-only outfit apply? Yes, as long as you state what you do not offer, such as haul-off or grading.
Apply through the form
Use the request form on this page. In the project details box, list your company name, the counties you want, your equipment and crew size, your insurance carrier and any arborist certification. We reply by email; there is no phone line for applications.
Each partner arrangement is agreed individually before any request is sent. We do not publish partner prices and we do not promise a number of requests, because demand depends on the county, the building season and the weather.
